Problem with 180 days withdraw
Hi,
in my calculation today has to be 180 day after my account was limited and i can withdraw funds, but is not.
On 13 September 2010 my account was suspended with this message: Code:
We've noticed some unusual activity in your eBay and PayPal accounts and would like to learn more about some of your recent account activity.
(Your case ID for this reason is PP-001-069-471-484.)
I have attached all need documents, but nothing happens.
Than on Oct,27, 2010 i receive a new message for limitation with same needed documents: Code:
As you know, we're required to confirm your identity and your address once your PayPal account receives 2,500 EUR.
Please help us do this by providing a few pieces of information about yourself within the next 45 days. (PayPal members in the UK may not be required to provide this documentation.)
Provide a copy of one of the following:
1. Passport
2. Driver's license
3. National ID card
And, a copy of one of the following:
1. A utility bill you received within the last 6 months
2. A financial statement from within the last 6 months
3. Certificate of residence
All banks in the EU are required to collect this information from their members in order to help prevent money laundering.
