What sort of limitations have you got on your Pay Pal, what do they want you to resolve under the Resolution Centre?

Same issue here as the other fellow:

A gal was going to send me a few corticosteroid tables for my pets allergies (she is a dog groomer).
I sent her a few dollars with my PayPal account to cover shipping and added the words
"for Prednisolone". She is now 'limited". She wan't actively "selling" a prescription med, but I think that is what they closed her down for,

I NEED to find a way to help her get her ability to pay with PayPAl back so she can remain in business (she depends on eBay for purchasing a lot of her supplies for her dog grooming business)

Here is the message they sent her:

"Hello my name is Becky, I will be happy to assist you with your question
regarding the limitation on your account.

We appreciate your interest in PayPal; however, our decision to leave
your account in a permanent limitation status is final.

PayPal reserves the right to limit access to any account reported to be
involved in possible fraudulent or high risk behavior. In the event of a
dispute, PayPal will seek to recover the funds from you by debiting your
PayPal balance and, if there are not sufficient funds in your PayPal

Is there any way she can get another PayPal account?

Ouch!

That is really unfortunate, though if selling prescription drugs online like this is ilegall, it will not be tolerated on PP at all.

It is not advised that she opens up another PP account as that will, at some point, also get limited.

Though she can open a 'stealth' PP account, it does require a lot more effort and a lot more precision than the one she just had limited :D

But you will get your wish and be back on PP.

If you have not looked at the stealth guide yet, then you should, just to see if it suites your needs.

I am having the same problem...I have an employee that opened another auction account with my name and pay pal account...Since theirs has been limited. She was buying diet pills and now MY account has been limited....Will the pay pal account be active in 180 days or is it done forever???

^ Here in the UK, that would be a matter for the police (identity theft), not sure if same applies in the US. Probably.

Though not sure what PayPal will do with this sort of info once you explain. Someone here might know specifics.
