If my account will release after 180 days and my credit card link with paypal are expired, what should I do? I used vcc and it'll expire on July.

dont worry about it. the card is toast. when the 180 is up, if you dont already have a bank account attached, attach one and withdraw to that. that is the most simple thing you can do.

yes they allow you to attach a bank account in any name after the 180 days. why? b/c they do not know what name is on the other side of the account.

With any Paypal account, once you start receiving funds in and out of the account, Paypal will limit the account for more information. It happens to everyone. Just give them what they ask for, they'll lift the account and go from there.

Bidpay is a good option for eBay.

You can also use 3rd party checkout services (auctiva is free) and they send out end of auction emails. Just put the information of how you want them to pay in the email and you could include links as well.
