Question about stealth
 

From what I understand new paypal accounts will be limited sooner or later no matter what. If I'm using a stealth account how do I get around the problem of providing paypal with proof of me address or proof of ID when they come asking? Thanks :yar:

Welcome to the forums.

There are ways around everything and you should read as many of the postings as you can. You will then start to realise how it's done.

There are certain phrases and words we avoid on here so as not to attract too much attention.

You have on these forums some of the cleverest people I have ever come across but they all have one thing in common. They have all read the stealth guide. And that should be your first stop.

After that everything will become crystal clear and all sorts of doors will open for you.

I will give you one word of caution. If you just go at it like a bull at a gate you will just waste useful bits of information

Welcome to the forums - as for your first assumption judgedrew, "no matter what" - all pa yp al accounts CAN become limited but some do not - how they do so is a matter of risk + other stats + net savvy.

As for your problem, if you have been hit with limitation there is no way around it except 2 methods: 1. you call up pa yp al and try to chat your way out (low success rate but has been done RARELY) or 2. you provide the documentation (much better success rate).

For stealth accounts, you get creative and provide the docs. All the best.
