ebay and paypal are make me laugh ^^

last year before christmas, i meet with a friend who come from United States at Bali Land ( Indonesia ). Me, my GF, Him and His GF getting closer in that 1 month. Yea we love beach and surfing

short story line, my friend give me idea to selling Indonesian cigarettes ( like Djarum, Gudang Garam, etc ) to outside my country. He said that indonesian cigarette have good quality and many fans at United States. I saved that on my mind

after christmas and new year season was end, im go back to my home. start his idea selling indonesian cigarette. i do research at internet about selling stuff with high profit and secure.
I found ebay.com i registered there also paypal.com with my legal Credit Card

&*& Fighting Start
- i make ebay seller acount and start selling cigarettes there.
- after complete the listing process. i got email from american and we make a deal.
- a few hours later i found that my ebay account was suspend wtf
i start " live chat " on ebay. the point is ebay restrict selling cigarette.
dude..wtf, is it illegal if you smoking ?
why ebay and paypal said that smoking is illegal?
i smoke since 13 years old it is not illegal here.
They have banned my ebay and paypal account.

but thanks god i have 3 house at my country so i have start my 3rd chance account a few month ago.
but this is my last chance, both of my account was banned. now i just have 1 account to left. so i join this forum and register as a subscriber member, hoping i can make good $$$ with my last chance without banned again like my past 2 account

It's not going to happen. Cigarettes are taxed very highly in the US and the government has severe penalties for doing what you're doing. It is illegal because you are bypassing tariffs on cigarettes.

are you serious? sending cigarette and smoke cigarette is crime at United States?

i saw on the movie american smoke weed.

here, smoking weed ( rasta/ganja) is big crime like drugs. but smoking cigarette is not crime ^^

so my limited account will banned forever ?
