I got an email from PP, saying that my funds will no longer be placed in a pending balance due to payment holds. This account was killed by Paypal. When I logged on the account was still "Limited", I don't understand why I got this email, anyone have an incite on why I got this email? Here is the full email content:
Hello Name,
We're writing to let you know that starting today, funds from payments you receive will no longer be placed in a pending balance due to payment holds.
What about money that’s still on hold?
You'll be able to withdraw money that's currently in a pending balance due to payment holds within 21 days of payment (as long as there's no dispute, chargeback, claim, return or reversal).
The money currently set aside may be available even sooner if we can confirm the item was delivered or you received positive feedback on eBay.
Will my payments be held in the future?
We may continue to evaluate your account to determine if it's necessary to hold payments again. If we determine that it's necessary, we'll email you.
