Wierd Paypal Verification Emails HELP!! ??
 
Hi guys please help if anyone has ran into the same problem, had paypal account over 1 year with quite a lot money gone through it has been fully verified after I completed there limited process they have checked id's, suppliers info ,proof address etc...

I then opened another account with real details(family members info) which was checked the same way after me sending all the info and have recently been using it for my online business,due to the ebay accounts falling below standard for slow postage on the 1st one.

Now my stupidity is that I decided to link this 1st paypal account to 3 ebay accounts which were

`Below Standard`to sell 3 perfumes which were replicas, the ebay accounts went down shortly after I sold them and got suspended, I refunded the people so I thought ok no loss didint want to use them accounts anyways so I had some money left in that paypal and decided to withdraw, couple of hours later

Bang I get hit with the limited paypal account again this time I received letters which are out of the ordinary limited paypal ones we are use to :doh:my questions are :


Dear XX,

We are hereby notifying you that, after a recent review of your account
activity, it has been determined that you are in violation of PayPal's
Acceptable Use Policy regarding your sales on Ebay , user ID: xxxx.

Therefore, your account has been permanently limited.

You will need to remove all references to PayPal from your website/s and/or
auction/s. This includes not only removing PayPal as a payment option, but
also the PayPal logo and/or shopping cart.

The PayPal User Agreement states that PayPal, at its sole discretion,
reserves the right to limit an account for any violation of the User
Agreement, including the Acceptable Use Policy.

payments for items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right

but once I logged in there was no guiding process and they have all my info as the account was verified a year ago when I sent all info so WTF ???:mad2:

1. How is that possible since the account has been checked and verified by them once and they were happy with all the info I sent ?? Why Again ??

2.Should I call and make up some excuse that I was unaware they were replicas or that someone has used my account without my permission?

3. have I just wasted a perfectly functional fully verified account or is there something I can do to get it reinstated please help

any ideas would be very helpfull thanks

Not much help to be done. You are banned - happens to us all and live and learn. Yes it prob had to do with what you were selling and you having linked accounts but now is the time to go fresh clean and STEALTH.

Read around the forums +/- get the stealth guide for walkthrough - make new accounts and spread sales.

As to your questions:

1. Happens - risk analysis - someone looked at it and said uh no thanks looks sketch
2. You can try a call and fool around with nice convo but in all likelihood - over. You will have to talk things over with an agent or manager.
3. Wasted - go new.

Sorry if I am blunt but that`s what we have all been through.

You don't have much grounds for appeal. PayPal do not like these kind of high risk transactions and activity, for obvious reasons.

Yea... Basically you got busted. Sending any additional info will only go towards linking you in the future. Forget about it... Never log back in... Start new.... Stealth...

I think it more like welcome to the GRAY AREA....

thanks , but they already have all the info as I use to use this account and they blocked it before and I sent all the family members info and they approved it so I was fully verified there is no steps to sorting this out just in the beggining when I log in it says this

Who is EU reguluations ?? and paypal already have the info so wtf ??

thanks for welcoming me to the forums I have been following it for a long time and have learned a lot, I have even read the book very usefull tips, the only problem im experiencing is changing the IP addresses

Forget the EU regulation requirement, that was sent after your account was closed.

Your account was closed for some reason. We can speculate at what this reason may have been but the best person for this is you. Info, info.

By the way, so are you using eBay/PayPal in your country? Bulgaria.

if it's already limited, do not give them any more ammo on you - less is more in the long run for your own peace of mind. Let them close it - you may well be able to open another when you build up the impetus ?
