Default Paypal is asking for proof of merchandise

Is there any way to sell on ebay without having Paypal ask for proof of merchandise? I am selling generic items and drop shipping so I cannot provide it.

Will using a third party checkout system "cover" what I am selling from Paypal? Will they still ask me for proof of merchandise?

why cant you simply provide it to them? you have to be getting the stuff from somewhere. If you bought it then you have a way to show them.

So PP won't take real receipt in Chinese but will accept a forged one in English?

If you are selling generic non vero item, I wouldn't see why they will not accept the receipt. By any chance, have you tried calling them?

Yes, calling didn't work. I was selling VeRO so I guess that was my problem. I want to make a stealth PP and would like to know how to make one just for buying (for now since buying is important for me). Since I will have no balance in my new PP, I will need to transfer from the bank account. If I do that will they have access to my real information?

I know they won't have access to it if I transfer from Paypal to Bank based on what I read. But what if it's from Bank to Paypal to pay for items?

Also shipping will be a problem, let me know how to set that up to make shipping easier and be no problem. I have not made a stealth yet. Although most of my suppliers know me pretty well, shipping won't be too much of a problem, but I would still like to know this shipping solution.
I've heard of PO boxes, but is there another method?

In addition, my second question in OP hasn't been answered. Will using a third party checkout "black out" from paypal what I am selling? So they won't know what I am selling?

I have another question here. What if you are selling legit items and paypal thinks your selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗? Will the supplier give you legit information to send to paypal? Anyone have experience with this?

Yes dropshipping is what I use.

Paypal doesn't like dropshipping. Nevertheless, if you can ask your supplier, who I am assuming is a authorized dealer, can make you a invoice, then it should be fine.

I don't think I'm safe if the supplier is located in Japan or UK. Only if they are located in the U.S.A. am I safe.

Thanks.
