My account was restricted about 1 year and is a Shealth account paypal ask my to Confirm Location ... how can do ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paper to proof my location

whatever ip you are using or have been using they can see the location. if you say you were using a usa ip location and you send in usa information, then you shouldnt have any problems. if you were using a canadian location, and re trying to pass off as in the usa you may run into problems. either way, send in the info and hope they look beyond it.

3 ways to confirm location in the U.S. PP will ask in order until confirmed.

1. Credit Card passing the AVS.
2. Automated phone confirmation with the number matched to the address in the directory.
3. Snail mail with a confirmation code.

That's all, they'll not ask for forged documents.
