Right. Suggest a phone call explaining you are not prepared to supply an SSN but can offer invoices, ID (if you can). Get them to say yes or no. If no, then wait for funds.

This just has to do with you pushing to much money through an account with no SSN and probably little transaction history.

GB gave the best answer. Follow her advice or trash the account.

You might as well give PayPal what it wants unless you really don't want to give up the SSN. I wouldn't blame you for leaving the account limited because I haven't given them my SSN for my current account.
