If my pp acc is limited and i don't want to submit my info, will my funds be available 180 after the date i receive the limited notice?

account limited while selling on ecrater, high sales etc... wanted invoice + id + ssn.

Right. Suggest a phone call explaining you are not prepared to supply an SSN but can offer invoices, ID (if you can). Get them to say yes or no. If no, then wait for funds.
But you 'need' a response from paypal ...

They said no, but I'm worried due to limited accounts emails. do they have to permamently limit your account to withdraw funds within 180 days?

Far as I know. You need to have an email, we are not going to do business, funds will be released. Yada Yada Yada.

This just has to do with you pushing to much money through an account with no SSN and probably little transaction history.

GB gave the best answer. Follow her advice or trash the account.

You might as well give PayPal what it wants unless you really don't want to give up the SSN. I wouldn't blame you for leaving the account limited because I haven't given them my SSN for my current account.
