Paypal limited.. but no options?

Basically I opened a Stealth account
They asked for ID and proof of address due to my transactions
I gave it to them, they didn't freeze anything just asked if I would submit them
They say thank you etc, everything is fine for a couple of weeks
I try to withdraw some $$ today and they reverse it and say its limited
Says they'd like to request more information from me and to goto disputes

Theres nothing in "Disputes"

Emailed them and let them know the issue, asked them what they need as it doesn't say in disputes as their email says it would. Any ideas? I'm thinking they may just ask for an invoice but why isn't it in disputes?

I would call them up to press the issue.

I'll give them until tomorrow to reply and then I think I'll do that, hopefully just an error on their end because they did verify the ID.

Got an email saying "appeal denied" - thinking wtf, I didn't appeal anything?
My linked ebay account hasn't been touched or limited etc
Says they've investigated my transactions and see me as a security problem

There have been no issues with 50+ eBay transactions and nothing illegal so again.. wtf?
