Got limited today lol

Well i finally got busted by paypal lol, i got limited heres what they said:

oh well there goes $800 stuck in there gota wait til XMAS.
Anyways everything is STEALTH INFO, which means i can shop things but hell idk what to do now really should i wait? anyone dealth with this? will i be able to withdraw directly from my paypal?

Why did you get limited? What were you doing?

Only option is to wait and add bank account (real one of yours) when 180 days has passed - or request check if address is accessible...

Hmmm i think i just add a Credit card thou, am not old enuf to have a bank acc so w/e
