Canadian Paypal limited "stealth" - I need urgent support!

My Canadian Paypal "stealth "acc is limited
Reason: they asked to add a Card
"Confirm location
We need to confirm that your phone
number matches your address"

I added The Card, works fine! but

"Select a phone number. PayPal will call you back.

PayPal needs to confirm that you are located at the address where you receive your credit card
and bank statements. This will enable you to continue using your PayPal account.

So as I dont live in Canada I need some help "and I'm ready to pay for it"

easily done all you need is a phone number that they can call and give you a pin number.
