Cannot add bank acc to a limited PP

New rules paypal ?
I have limited paypal account 180 days, now can't add bank account for withdraw funds, many times write:

You are currently not allowed to add a bank account because your account access has been limited.

What can't I do while my account is limited?

add or remove a bank account

Did you get the message that your funds are available for withdrawal? If not - you have to wait a bit.

When 180 days or 6 months have passed by since the exact date your account was limited you will be able to add a bank account to withdraw funds. For the meantime you won't be able to do nothing and you won't be able to have your bank account details removed without court order. This is paypal policy.

Strange i added a bank account to my paypal 4 months into limitation, I still can't withdraw yet of course.

Now I know why I drain my pps down to nothing unless I slip up and let it go too high.

I do not allow pp to steal my money like this unless I screw up and let the balance climb and not get it out.
