My paypal limited
 

I was using un verified autrian paypal from two months, before three days someone got access to my paypal and reverse all the payments that i have sent to persons and open 14 disputes, now paypal limited my paypal accounta and says we need more information for the money that you resently received or withdraw, that there is no option where is put that information, and my account is still limited, kindly help me to unverify it.
Paypal hold all the permanet that i have send from 2 months, it was about $300. and i have now $28 in paypal and i don't need that $28, i just want that all the disputes were close.

If resolve is easy u should unlimitted. if u no need it, u can creat stealth another account.

Sir thanks for your reply, actually i live in Pakistan and paypal is not available in Pakistan, so i am unable to verify it by bank account or credit card, i am in trouble, kindly guide me how i unlimit it.

now there is no option to enter more information about money for they are asking. i live in Pakistan and no bank support paypal. plz guide me i shall be very thankful to you.
Plz any expert help me, trust me, i am in trouble from last 3 days.

so all payments you have sent to ppl...someone logged into your paypal and disputed the payments right

No sir it was not me, the payment sent was me. but the open disputes are not created by me.

sounds like you was sending money not receiving

send me a screeshot of your paypal and the resoloution center

who logged into your account

this sounds dodgy man

tell paypal your account was compromised

tell them you want to send the money back to the account you sent to them before

not sure how you can verify if you have not got a austrian bank account

maybe get some docs done

@Clones - why would you use an Austrian pp? Something nice about withdrawal? Please share and let's go from there.

I bet he's not going to withdraw any money. He is doing online business, receive and send. And if he want to withdraw, he can simply exchange it with someone,

@clones. Go to Resolution screen and see if they are asking for bank, credit, location, identity information.

I believe they are reviewing all the payments and you cannot do anything. You will just have wait until it is resolved. Then you can send in all the payments again.

email paypal over and over but i think it will take forever if the other partys do not respond

ask the persons you sent the money to to respond to paypal to speed things up

if it is coreect about someone infiltrating your paypal account you need to change your paypal email address and password and you need to let paypal know about it

also see what they are requesting in the to do list,then do it,but i think its gonna be difficult as you do not have a bank account
