My paypal limited
 

I was using un verified autrian paypal from two months, before three days someone got access to my paypal and reverse all the payments that i have sent to persons and open 14 disputes, now paypal limited my paypal accounta and says we need more information for the money that you resently received or withdraw, that there is no option where is put that information, and my account is still limited, kindly help me to unverify it.
Paypal hold all the permanet that i have send from 2 months, it was about $300. and i have now $28 in paypal and i don't need that $28, i just want that all the disputes were close.

If resolve is easy u should unlimitted. if u no need it, u can creat stealth another account.

Sir thanks for your reply, actually i live in Pakistan and paypal is not available in Pakistan, so i am unable to verify it by bank account or credit card, i am in trouble, kindly guide me how i unlimit it.

now there is no option to enter more information about money for they are asking. i live in Pakistan and no bank support paypal. plz guide me i shall be very thankful to you.
Plz any expert help me, trust me, i am in trouble from last 3 days.

No sir it was not me, the payment sent was me. but the open disputes are not created by me.

who logged into your account

this sounds dodgy man

tell paypal your account was compromised

tell them you want to send the money back to the account you sent to them before

not sure how you can verify if you have not got a austrian bank account

maybe get some docs done

@Clones - why would you use an Austrian pp? Something nice about withdrawal? Please share and let's go from there.

I bet he's not going to withdraw any money. He is doing online business, receive and send. And if he want to withdraw, he can simply exchange it with someone,

@clones. Go to Resolution screen and see if they are asking for bank, credit, location, identity information.

I believe they are reviewing all the payments and you cannot do anything. You will just have wait until it is resolved. Then you can send in all the payments again.

email paypal over and over but i think it will take forever if the other partys do not respond

ask the persons you sent the money to to respond to paypal to speed things up

if it is coreect about someone infiltrating your paypal account you need to change your paypal email address and password and you need to let paypal know about it

also see what they are requesting in the to do list,then do it,but i think its gonna be difficult as you do not have a bank account

Nobody got into your account. PayPal did all that. They dont trust whats going on and are investigating all transactions. My guess is account will be limited until you supply info they ask for

And any payments sent that they reverse will be locked in account.

Most still say they are waiting to hear back from people you sent cash to. So if they are your friends have them reply to PayPal for starters

Well the big advantage of austrian paypal is that you can sent upto $40.000 means your account limit is $40,000.
this was the main thing due to which i create austrian paypal.

Paypal are checking what is happening.

They have that right to do that.

If they suspect troubles, paypal takes steps to protect themselves.

How did you access this Austrian account? What type of IP did you use?

I have use austrian ip but now i am using on pakistani ip.

If the tell the peoples to reverse back their payment from my account, then its possible that payment include the payment that i send to peoples will reverse?
is there any chance of reverse whole $300?

IF paypal decide they do not want to do business, you might not get any money back.

PayPal does not like something you have done. They have frozen all transactions until they get more info from you and from the people you sent money to.

If I had to guess, to avoid bank transfer you blasted the money out all over to friends account. PayPal sees this a suspicious

ONLY option you have:
Provide what PayPal asks for if you can
Have friends respond to PayPal messages

You are right dear, but i was sending paypal dollars to friends and they give me alertpay dollars, so alertpay dollars can easily withdraw in Pakistan, that was the main reason i was sending dollars to my friends.

@Clones, you verify your austrian pp with bank?

No dear, its unverify account and also i have no friend or relative who live in austria.

Might be ip or you sent it as quick as you got it or maybe you sent it to your other stealth accounts but pod is right on........

My paypal was limited before a week and all the payments was hold, so paypal review all the cases but still payment is hold and account is limited.

There's absolutely nothing you can do to release them. These payments will be guaranteed to be reversed unless they are legitimate tangible goods shipped with tracking numbers within 7 days by the seller.

the business you did is not liked by paypal.

they think you are a risk.

paypal can 'see' what you are doing. They know you did not tell the truth about your address in Austria, your IP might have been trouble.

There will be hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of users trying to use paypal like this. paypal will stop them all:doh:

paypal is protecting itself.

I guess you have to wait 180 days now.

Any other way trust me all payments are legit.
