Paypal limited - Ebay suspended

Hi,
Yesterday i got hit by Ebay.
My EB acc was suspended.
Paypal Limited.
It was 4month Stealth USA acc.
Had limit raised to 50items 2.1k this month.

They are asking for all security details, obviously i do not have them.
I have 500usd and available balance 100usd.
Obviously many buyers will start filling disputes, even all items are shipped non recorded mail.

Not sure what triggered it exactly. Most possible :
I made couple money transfers to another country but only upto 150usd.
Was using very known VPN provider.

Will i get my funds realesed after 180days , if something will be left ?

Shall i just sit and wait now ? as i have no option to give them my details...

If buyers have received there item and satisfied you will be ok in having your money after the 180 days but if eBay send notification messages to buyers who have not received there item telling them theres a problem with your goods then they might gets scared and start opening disputes. But if disputes starts opening and you know you have legit goods you can communicate with the buyers and tell them it a slight misunderstanding eBay error and that you will ship there goods out and upon delivery and satisfied then can close the dispute so your money is cleared for you to get after the 180 days paypal hold.
