You have not read through all the posts in the forum it would seem - search SSN in the box and a lot of posts will come up.
For avoiding this, a lot has to do with HOW YOU OPERATE the account. Maybe you sold too fast or sold high risk or had bad orders or...etc. Time to analyze your biz model. All the best.
