Hi, i have been using eBay for buying things with my american express card, but suddenly received the infamous message from paypal :

"You recently hit your PayPal sending limit and had your payment declined, but this is easy to fix. Remove limit. "


What else can i do?

I am not an american citizen so opening a bank account would not be a good option.

I will appreciate your advice.

Start a new Paypal account and get a new card
