they are not release it after 180 days as they says , u will receive an email for available money after 20 days more .

Then just give them a call. They usually will release it a bit earlier if there are no chargebacks and etc.

When you try to transfer funds to your bank account it will say ZERO avialiable to transfer go ahead and put in the amount you need and it should still work. Thats what happend to me.

Subject to paypal's approval the funds should be released.
The paypal may not be used again.
