paypal access problem

some one has hacked my password and when i change it i found limitatation on it and then hacker get it also now
so now i had to reset password again and face limitation
but i can't reset it because the phone number i entered is **** ( not in uk )
and when they get me secured question i put but it never work
i had email from paypal say if you hadn't change password contact us
tell me what is best way to get password in this situtaion

and if any one can tell me some sort of details or tips please provide me here

You should have made a record of ALL info used when you opened the account then you would be able to answer any question p/p throw at you.

If you didn't then your between a rock and a hard place.

here's a couple of tips.

Make your account correctly next time.
Phake phone numbers are no good.

You need to prove to paypal it is your account.
Phone them email them
That's it.
