Paypal limited my account and my bank account is on tge paypal account.

I opened a paypal account without verifying it first and started a transaction but paypal limited my account. To try to verify it i added my bank account.

They need several other things so now i just want to remove the account but i cant.

How can i remove my bank account from a limited paypal account?

I opened a paypal account got verified then transfered funds to bank account then deleted my bank account address email and debit card and closed my account before paypal could limit my account.
Paypal later emailed me saying funds have been taken out of my account and refunded to the buyer.

but i never seen and withdraws from my bank account.

I recently opened a stealth paypal account and linked the same bank account to it because paypal never limited the first paypal account i made. But since it was a new stealth account i didnt get it verified yet and they temp. limited it

how can i remove that bank account and can paypal withdraw the previous amounts thats they couldnt tge first time now?
