I think there's honestly too much bull**** in this thread. It all comes down to common sense and not looking suspicious. Really, that's all it is.
If you're really scrutinizing it this hard, then you need to step back and think about who you're pretending to be with the stealth account.
I withdraw 100% of the funds I receive each day at the end of the day on one of my accounts. I have been doing this for the past 3 months. If you want to limit yourself to 50%, then go ahead. I will not settle for anything less than 100% because it is my money. However, this took time to build up and I have an extensive log of notes for this account so I would always remember who I am supposed to be when I log into this account.
It's not that hard, and honestly you can't set a number that will allow you to crack the system. Paypal is more or less random - just be who you say you are and things will work out well, except in cases of extreme bad luck.
