Ive tried opening several paypal accounts. (Same ebay user thro out all this)The first one I opened and sold an item on ebay I was able to withdrawal my money online from a vender and they did not hold or limit my account.

I withdrew the money as soon as I received it.

Now all the other paypal accounts I try to withdrawl money from the payments get held or say pending and they end up limiting paypal accounts.

I run ccleaner and am using different VPN for each paypal.

Im not sure how I can fix this.

Suggest you get the Ebay Stealth Book before opening any more accounts.

Probably because you're using a VPN...
Also because you're trying to withdraw money as soon as you receive it...

You definitely should read around the forum and the Stealth Book. NEVER withdraw your funds too soon and your VPN is also most likely problematic.

You can churn out accounts like you are. But if you make them with bad materials, they fail.
paypal dislike VPNs. CCleaner is not needed to be used if the account is made correctly.
Now you have the chance to use the forum resources and learn the corect methods.
Good Luck

Well I am using StrongVPN as it is recommended in your book. As that is the only way I can change my ip address is by VPN.
Also I am using VBA and VCC's I use none of my previous info it is all different information.

The VPN also corresponds to the location I set for my address with paypal. Im just a little confused on what im doing wrong.

You say paypal doesnt like vpns, alright but that cant be the only reason im getting limited.

Ive withdrawn fast like this before and it has worked now it seems like it isnt working. First time it worked 2nd 3rd and fourth time it isnt working.

Am I using the wrong withdrawl method?

Do not use VPN. Use VPS instead.

Most VPN ips have been used and abused to death, thus banned by ebay/paypal.

The book is up to date, but, times change constantly. This is something that needs to be changed.

Use a Dongle instead of a VPN, a lot of times VPN IP's get banned and it's just not worth it.

Find your own VPS provider that has IPs around your area. People don't normally post their VPS provider anyway

Explain why you are going the VPN way.

Maybe there are options.

Generally if we disclose the VPS being used, we have to kill you afterwards.

Too many cooks etc etc.

Let's talk about your current IP info

Being static was one main fact.

StrongVPN is well known to paypal. Your IPs may have been used by others who got canned.

Dongles, phone tethering are other options.

To add as well, paypal changed how it regarded accounts in the past 5 months. Users who had made other stealth accounts found they got limited. VPN was one common reason.

Well im using an open vpn with strong vpn. Last last 2 limitation messages I got where because of 1, suspicious withdrawal activity and 2 unauthorized person who paid. Never done dongle or phone tethering before so not sure about that.

I think what we've basically tried to say is look at all options you can to show paypal your account is righteous.

Leave paypal little doubt as to your reliability.

key:

1. dont use the same computer, they track MAC addresses
2. dont use the same network, they track IP addresses.
3. dont use the same address for your account, they track your address.
4. dont use the same phone number, they track this.

something i figured out, is a library is very convenient, i thought they shut down public ips for PayPal but i guess not, i am in a library with over a thousand computers, and i doubt any of these people use PayPal, i make sure i grab computers no one touch, if you were to see it from where i was, you would be like, why are there thousands of computers but only about 100 people in the building max. its pretty dumb if you ask me.

been using public ips sent last year, have not been limited once.
