Default PayPal Account Limited forever but are PayPal eChecks still going to clear from eBay?

My PayPal account was limited today forever..lol! In regards to why is because of the nature of products I was selling in other market places. The funny thing is PayPal never asked for a DNA sample other then funds could be released within 180 days. I really don't give a crap about the account anymore and used it for what I needed it for. I made a lot of purchases on eBay prior to PayPal acct being limited. Will my PayPal eChecks for eBay items have any impact on clearing even when the funds available? If the funds are there I would only assume PayPal will take the amounts for the purchase I made still regardless of the account being limited because like I said I made all the purchases before PayPal took the account down so I'm assuming nothing will change on the buyer transaction side.

I used "Bill me later" before my Paypal was limited and they took the money from my paypal and then will release the rest of the money to me after 180 days. However, after 180 days they are known to find a reason not to give it to you, just saying!

So is there a new trend going on at PayPal taking seller's money and keeping it for their business after 180 days? I was told if there are no disputes or claims to call PayPal back after 45 days for an early withdrawal of funds. So what is the new low down now with PayPal? I also think my eChecks will all clear since they were purchases goods on eBay from PayPal. I'm concerned about PayPal keeping my money. PayPal use to never do that. PayPal has never crossed that line. I wonder why they have started that?

Search through older threads on top left corner and you will see many people complain about even after the 180 days are up that many people are still not able to get the money. Simply because they are greedy im not saying it will happen to u, you might actually get im just saying dont be shocked if u cant.

After limitation, there is a period of 2 weeks where you can still receive money. After that, checks will be reversed - you cant receive funds - it's over.

My PayPal account was closed for good. This limitation is forever and they just cut off everything. And for the record, just in case anyone wants to know. Once the account has been closed for good even pending echecks processing will not go through for payment to any seller. So the eBay seller gets left hanging also. Oh, well it was just some junk I wanted anyway that I can live without.
