hi all i got this email form paypal earlier what shall i do with it

3. Click "Resolve" in the Action column to view the information we need.
4. You can either fax or upload your documents to us.

what shall i do with that i sold something on ebay not the first its been 3 months to sell on ebay as dropshipping

They probably linked your other Paypal account with this one. Just provide them with a valid tracking number and they will return your money after about 5 days.
