Paypal limited, held money for 180 days, now i can withdrawal funds but netspend blocked my account & says to call them and received email saying that the name from the depositor must match the name on the account and since i have a stealth paypal, its a different name, HOW DO I WITHDRAWAL MY MONEY, NETSPEND IS GOING TO RETURN FUNDS BACK TO PAYPAL> HELP !

help please , i have not called netspend yet, what should i tell them to release the money and not return to paypal, if they return to paypal can i add a bank account .. please someone save me :(
