eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

I have a couple questions, and I apologize if they've been answered somewhere already. Can someone please explain how to get a DBA, do you have to go to the county courthouse and file for it? Also, when you're selling under a "business" paypal & ebay, do you have to collect state taxes?

Thank you! How long does it usually take for the paperwork to become finalized, or can they do that same day?

From the time you walk in the door, pay about $20.00, fill out one simple form, about 10 minutes.

Some states let you incorporate online and it takes 10 mins. An EIN you can get online on the IRS website in 5 mins. Search your home state's Department of State website to see if it can be done online.
