I just got limited tonight on Paypal. When Paypal finally releases the money to me, is my bank account still going to be linked or do I have to get a new bank account to withdraw? Also, I want to go legit but with an EIN. How do I go about it legally? Can I just get an EIN?

Two very different issues.
If the limited paypal account has a bank account already attached just leave it. Bank accounts can not be reused especially if a payal is limited.
I'll give you the URL to help with your EIN enquiry. Are you making a new account for this purpose? Tell me more please. | The Following User Says Thank You to GreenBean For This Useful Post: | |

PayPal will request EIN and SSN, they'll always ask for SSN, my real account was just limited, it's a business account. Even with the EIN I supplied PRIOR to the limitation, they still wanted proof of my SSN, maybe there is a way around it, although I couldn't be certain.

If you can not provide then your funds will be on hold for up to 180 days, then you can withdraw with the bank account on record.

I got limited about a month ago and all they wanted was confirm my address. This time, they want a credit check, SSN, address, phone, and business info. What's the best way to sell volume on multiple accounts? Is there a software out there that switches IP every time I would log into different accounts?

They don't Trust your account.
Volume on Multiple Accounts? That's my problem also. |

None of my accounts are linked in any way, shape, or form. The ONLY connection is that they are all in the same State.

Look at it this way:
If your plan is to go on selling why not attempt to do this.
Just noticed your question about street address... Have you not read anywhere to avoid old stealth info? that type of street amendment can be detected.
You have a far better option of using a PO Box
Dont forget nothing old to link your accounts should happen |

Make sure you keep the bank account associated with your limited pp account active so that you can withdraw without issues when period has passed

To get limited 2 times in a month tells me of linkage or item sold.
I sell volume on many accounts and never get limited.
Look into your operation and see if there is anything that might be linking you to another account etc.

Well I know why I got limited, I accepted a much larger payment into my account than normal, I usually sell items in the $100-200 range, and two bidders got into a bidding war and drove the price up to $800, and when the guy paid, they limited my accounts.

Ebay sees it as possible shill bidders.
Was this a new or newer account?

My account is only 4 months old but the account that paid had over 1000 feedback.

Wow.
Must have thought it was shill bids or the loser turned the account in for shill bidding.
