Still have another question, can I log in to 2 different Paypal account at the same time under one same user account?

As far from what eBay Stealth taught, ip address are recorded every time logging in to ebay. But does they do the same thing on pp?

Just want to confirm this to make the transaction smoother.

2. pp also records IP, yes.
