Paypal now allowed me to withdraw funds from my limited paypal account.
However my paypal account is still limited.
Can i use this paypal account to get money from ebay and withdraw to my bank account the same way i was doing before, as now i have the ability to withdraw my money from paypal.
Please Help.

No, this paypal account no longer can be used.

That is what 'limited' means. You can not do anything but removed the held funds.

You need to make a new paypal account and a new ebay account.

Not suggested to add a new paypal to ebay after a paypal is limited.

But In resolution center it says u can accept and request money but u cannot remove cc and bank account.
BTW this paypal got limited just after 3 days i started selling on ebay,also any tips not to get in the same situation as before.

Start by getting the eBay Stealth Gide and researching this forum there's to much information to answer that in one post there's an entire forum dedicated to your question the guide is a synopsis

In india we are allowed to have only one PAN card i.e. Permanent account number and paypal verifies our account through pan card only so we cant make stealth accounts here.

After you get the notice that your pp is limited, there is a window of 21 days (about) for which you can still receive funds - nothing else. After that period, you cant do anything but wait 180 days.

You can but for those other parts like cc and bank account, you will have to research on how to get...
