Entropay verification

Hello!

I have Visa Electron which was charged by Entropay second time with 1 Eur for verification purposes. The problem is that I am getting this message on my internet bank POS: 2XXXXXX6 ENTROPAY however Entropay only accepts 6 digit verification code. As you can see I got 8 digit. Their support is weak...Could somebody tell me where to get that 6 digit?

Entropay in my experience have always had very good support. Email them over the details and they should get back to you within a few days explaining what you need to do.

OK thx guys! I got reply and they have told me that I should call my card issuer to request the authorization/approval code for the transaction. I will do this tomorrow so hopefully everything is going to be OK from this point on.
