appealed.

Per the PayPal User Agreement, which you read and accepted when you created
your account, we reserve the right to permanently limit an account due to
an Acceptable Use Policy violation. We may hold any available balance in
your PayPal account for up to 180 days. In addition, you may be liable for

Re: PayPal Account limited due to Acceptable Use Policy

Resolve the dispute on PP, and then find a new way to accept payments though eBay.

Re: PayPal Account limited due to Acceptable Use Policy

The account is history. PayPal believes (rightly or wrongly) that you are selling counterfeit goods. Accounts are RARELY restored under those circumstances.

Re: PayPal Account limited due to Acceptable Use Policy

But how can they assume so if none of my eBay listing has been removed, and I have many positive feedbacks received recently saying my products are authentic?

Re: PayPal Account limited due to Acceptable Use Policy

This happened to me, Paypal limited my account, I had an ebay account that was 11 years old I started accepting credit cards, after 3 weeks and a lot of headaches, I gave up on the credit card idea, and waited to see what would become of the ebay account. 4 months later my prize ebay account was suspended. I wouldn't count on keeping your ebay account based on my experience

Was it just one dispute of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ goods, or were you reported by more buyers/competitors?

Re: PayPal Account limited due to Acceptable Use Policy

Resolve the claim and then call up PP for a "try" to appeal - may not work but worth a shot
