If you're not doing anything funky with VPNs or anything like that, just wait it out. These type of soft limits expire in a certain number of hours.

I had somewhat the same problem except I was not able to withdraw any money, was able to send without any problems but withdrawing was impossible. I just called and talked to a rep and she lifted it, not telling me why the hold was there in the first place.

Calling in is the equivalent of getting a rat with the plague, letting it bite you repeatedly, then not seeking medical attention...

Lol, agreed about calling it, in this case, there are better options either waiting it out or using other means discussed earlier.

Was the account Verified with a CC/gift card? "Your location can't be verified" is the alleged problem, and perhaps verifying via card will remove this soft limit entirely.

I had this happen recently to an account which only was verified by bank acct. I added a card, and now withdraw smaller amounts. Here's hoping that continues to work.

I've been using Prepaid Verizon Android phones for withdrawals/payments without any snags. I think that PP and Eb are having a tuff time with Google. I have a specific phone attached to each account and yes it gets expensive to maintain but true stealth is never cheap if you want to also maintain higher limits.
I also have only Vanilla GCs attached to all my accounts that only allow zip verification.

Ohh and not too long ago i was having a label printer issue and called PP to help fix it and the reps first question was "are you using Google Chrome" and i'm like yeh and he goes on about how Google and PP aren't getting along and how Google is coding in a way to faulter Payments etc etc so my best advice would be to take advantage of this rivalry. Thats my guess why i haven't had a problem with PP and Android phone
