Well my account got limited and now they are putting a temporary hold on all the transactions I have sent whats up with that how do I remove it?

They will ask for proof of who you are more than likely (ID,Utility Bill, Info about payments sent and all sorts of stuff) Sorry to say but you'll now have to wait the 180 days

yep if you look at the resolution centre it will show that they want proof of delivery on all the held items.
