Hello guys,
Im using stealth accounts. I made 61 feedback to one of them. 5 sells on small things, after 1 month ebay raise limits to 30 per month. I sold 3 more expensive things that month, sent them to buyers and I wait 21 days for my funds. After PayPal remove hold I have 600USD in it. On first day I sent 95USD to my real PP and on the second day I send 215USD to buy some things from my vendor. Immediately after second sending I received that :/ My PP is fully verified with added bank account and VCC.

After that I log in to PayPal I saw they want Proof of ID. Proof of delivery items, invoices, etc... I cant give these documents because PayPal is stealth. Can anyone help me with that situation? What I must do now to try to remove limitation. Thank you all in advance!

That account is burned. There's no way to lift limits without providing documents. My question is why didn't you just use your stealth to buy from your vendor? Also, you should never SEND money between your PP accounts.

I used stealth to buy things but that transaction was held and funds was returned to stealth account :/ How to withdraw money from USA account if I not send them to account in my country? And how to get my money out of that PayPal now

how are you setting up the accounts? Important to be clear to see that you are following stealth principles.

2nd q - are you selling risky items?

3rd q - why are you making PP accounts without knowing how to get money?

1) I bought them from 123 so all principles are met. Fresh IP from the same region, etc..

2) I sold 3 watches so may be that is a risky item? But I confirm that they are delivered to the buyers.

3) If I know everything I would be rich enough to care about 600USD Im here to learn new things 2 people tell me that this is the way to take money from stealth. If you know the best way you can tell me.

At that moment I confirm all things and need to confirm identity by sending bill to PayPal to confirm address. I will not give up

Why would buying from his vendor cause this versus sending money to himself on PP?

Acct to me is shot but what you need to focus on is new accts and the future. You sold high risk items for sure. How did you plan on getting money out when you created the acct. Only thing you could possibly try is to contact your buyers and see if they will play the refund re pay you game

I suggest they will limit cash for 180 days? Only withdraw possible after that? Do you know someone that offer that service because I dont have USA bank acc
