I think it could logically be verified on the first sale, because PayPal forces you to charge the first shipping label to your credit card, from there you have to already enter your cc information, then they charge you. What do you guys think? It seems like some of my accts already has limits lifted.

Making a purchase won't prove that it's your card that's why just buying postage won't take the place of the test charge
The test charge gives a code that only the account owner has access to , so that's the only way to confirm the charge
Just go to the home screen on the new version where at the top it says what percentage ur at completion of the account , that page
Scroll down to the bottom and on your left at the bottom you will see a link something like " see your purchasing limits" or something like that
So bottom left hand side on the home page and that will lead u to the link |
