Paypal UK soft limited, what to do?
Hi,
I'm from the UK. I have a personal UK Paypal account under a different name. I was using it for a legitimate online business. I received $900 payment from a US website and paypal limited my account.
When I go to resolution centre, the third step says:
"Validate your Account Information"
Tooltip: "We need to confirm that your phone number matches your address."

When I click continue it shows this page where it says: "Enter your card information below, then click Add Card below to continue with Phone Confirmation." http://oi58.tinypic.com/j5gzef.jpg
What card should I use? Can I use 3V gift cars ( link)? These cards seem to be hard to find. I couldn't find any in a few stores I looked in North London. Is 3vprepaid prepaid the best option for UK? Do other VCC's work? Can I use a mobile phone number for phone verification?
Also it has been now 180 days later and I received the email below. But I guess that doesn't help because of the bogus name on PP.
