How do i refund?

Ok so i sold some items then paypal got limited, Now a buyer wants a refund when i log into the limited paypal the payment is still pending but shows no option on how to refund

If no refund option on transaction details page just shoot an email to pp and they will refund it

What it know is that for a limited account, can u still refund .
Just go to the transaction details and then press issue refund . They allow this w limited paypal

Once u do this , if the buyer still has a problem, ask her to call paypal to conform the refun

You would still want to get your auction fees back I assume.
Does anyone know if in this sort of situation the 'cancel order' on ebay would work? since it refunds the payment automatically as well - will paypal process the refund?
Maybe OP should try doing that and report the results.
