2. Created Gmail
3. Created Paypal
a. Selected Personal
b. Entered EntroPay (new)
c. Entered Bank account (new)

Immediately: LIMITED

Verify Credit card
Verify proof of address


Why? What did I do wrong?

Most likely it was your VPS. Which Bank did you use? Was the address used before?

I used St George Bank
VPS was fresh Dedicated IP. never deployed to anyone.
Fresh address.

Could it be entropay?

Is this account good as lost? I have all the ID and stuff... I just used acrobat to modify a bill and it looks good.

I think the issue is entropay... I read it is still good. but I have created accounts before where I used a real CC and it worked fine.

OK I worked it out.

For AU Paypal, you need to make sure your address matches the Aust Post database.

If it doesn't match it will not work.

Yes VPS wont have been the problem, most likely entropay or you screwed up some other way

Of course, address has to be real with any Paypal account, can't just use 1,Mickey Mouse Street
