Default Listing immediately pulled down?

Does eb*y have settings on fairly new accounts with no feedback that if the account tries to sell something high risk it automatically pulls it down?

Surely does.

The bots have been fine-tuned to catch accounts such as you described.

They be waiting for these at all times

Big increase in numbers of such accounts getting taken down.

^ That just happened to my account. I guess i rushed into things a little too quick. Would you say this account is toast?

By that i mean i would never be able to sell that item on this acc again.

The "toasty-ness" of the account depends on the MC code.

It's like having the following conversation:

Patient: I've been shot.
Doctor: How bad?
Patient: Dunno.

From our perspective it's like, "uhhhhhh what?"

depends did they ask you to call and verify? then all could be good if you can support. Its a pain but done it several times. One account I even got it twice. checked my spreadsheet and was able to tell customer service rep the day, time and person that already cleared me up last time. started in full throttle on the spot. . Have since sold aprox 10k in 8 months.... 99.9% branded products

Notice number is important; product tried to sell is important. If it was light ,you might only have been hit with 7 day suspension or so.

The stupid one where eb*y cares so much about their customers and wants a safe market place. So off the bat they say my item is a f*ke. The item was a used watch. And by used i mean USED. Yes it was expansive but my dad had it for like 5 years now. Wanted to get rid of so i thought hey... its actually 100% authentic and the condition is like 6 out of 10 so i should be ok with listing it on a new account. I guess not.......

Btw just got a warning. No suspensions or anything.
