Getting past PP receiving limits

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and the forum is great as far as now !

I ordered Ebay stealth and created stealth pp and eb accts

Now What I dont understand from 3+ days of reading is :

How to get past PP receiving limits for a stealth acct ?

If we send real IDs then we will be linked to older accts ...

Should we open an account in a place that does not have a receiving limit (mauritius, tunisia, dubai ..) ??

You need new docs to lift the limits.

Yea the old docs will link to old acct

However I just read that by registering as a DBA, PP willsend a letter to confirm the address (instead of the ID) and lift limits.

is this stealth tactic correct ?

Pretty sure direct links for anythin paypal/ebay aren't allowed on the forums for obv reasons

I thought your links in previous post may go DIRECT to paypal website in some way...

I wasn't gonna click them to find out either way.
