Having once again the review of your PayPal account, unfortunately the limitation on your account cannot be lifted yet. If you need to appeal, please provide us with more information regarding your website/s and/or certain payments, so we can verify that your transactions do not violate our policies in an effort to ensure compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Please refer to:
- Transaction xxxxxxxxxxxxx5xx from Feb xx, 2015 xx:xx:52 for the amount of $13.00
- Transaction xxxxxxxxxxxxx6xx from Feb xx, 2015 xx:xx:57 for the amount of $10.00
- Transaction xxxxxxxxxxxxx2xx from Feb xx, 2015 xx:xx:25 for the amount of $10.00

In order to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and avoid the limitation or closure of your account, you will need to:
l Describe the products and/or services associated with your PayPal transaction/s.
If these transactions are associated with a website:
- Please provide access to the URLs of any website/s where these transactions originated.
- The backstage Orders screenshots from your websites
If these transactions are not associated with sales from a website:
- Please provide specific information as to the nature of the transactions.
- Please provide complete product catalog / description of type of service that you provided and please also describe the related sales / marketing channels.

Well fibbing to them is not going to help.... Really you should be telling them what it is you are selling

You will need to provide them with all the information they have asked for

im doing games recovery. is there other way i can say i sell other things? people send me everything thru friends and family. there is no tracking number, invoices and i dont know what picture should i screenshot for my selling items. please help

First mistake is having people send you money though friends and family...

Its a sale, payment should be taken as such.

You have to supply them with the info they are requesting. If you can not do that, then wait and hopefully after 180 days they release the funds.

That is just part of doing business.

Try to avoid your buyer needing to open a dispute is the best thing to focus on.

Or find a physical good to sell

my stuff are digitals products. Its does not have tracking number. once they disputes i always lost.

so my only option now is to use normal payments for my new pp accounts so i wont get limited?

You've messed up already. If you cant explain to PP what is the purpose of these payments, you money will be lost along with the account. But if you can - just call them and explain.

If you sell digital content online, you should provide PP support with all evidences, that show your product, and the fact of sale. Are able to do that?

Take payments as normal payments.
Try to avoid cases.
If you get cases then there is not much you can do if your just selling online, so think about a way in which you can post your service.

By the way, posting something via real-world mail packet is a nice idea to raise your outlook a bit in the eyes of EB and PP. At least, there's a tracking number, and user can't deny that you've actually sent him something.
