PayPal wants supplier information, help!
I just got a limitation on a PayPal account and it's asking a few things. The first was asking for ID, but I was able to use an alternative which was just to call my home phone to confirm location. That was easy enough using talkatone. So not asking for ID now. The second thing it's asking is proof of delivery, but when I click on this it brings me to a page that is supposed to have a list of items to add tracking info, but the list is empty. Because every single item already has tracking..
So when I click continue, I get.. Error please supply tracking information for the items listed. There are no items listed! OK, maybe I can call them and clear that up if I'm very nice and just sound confused?? Lastly the third item they are asking is for invoices. I have sold about a hundred items in the last 30 days, but it does not say what items it wants invoices for! I could do some things with Ms word and print them out and scan them, then upload. Is that going to work? How many should I do?
The alternative method to this is to provide a supplier info, which I don't have. Is it a bad idea to make something up? I could ⊗⊗⊗⊗ it and then use a phone number they can call and verify and I would be the one answering.. Lol.. Maybe it's easier to make a bunch of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices.
But since I am going to have to call anyway, maybe I should just call and say I'm selling things that are from my personal collection and things I got from thrift stores? Can anyone help me come up with a plan of action? This account can sell 150 items a month now, so it would be a pity to lose this seller account.
