Instant PP limitation that requires ID and address verification happens when you sell a high-risk item, in 95% of all cases. I suggest that you fully verify your PP, then sell something low-risk for a month, then start selling something a bit more risky, and only then going to high risk items. At least you will be able to sell some items without being asked for an ID, and then to cool down your acc. When you'll sell some quantities, they will ask for invoices, and then you should be creative.

You see, when they required address and card I have sent them proof of address and after some hours they requsted a bunch of papers like last 5 transaction inveoices (doesn't make sense), ID and so on.
Is non-branded t-shirt high risk item? Isnt it Eb's concern not PP's?

People in this post have warned you about the exact problem you are having, how card can it be to put two and two together? Surely by now you should realise that you will keep hitting the same wall over, and over, and over... and over, again.

The time you spend hitting that wall is wasted time, you will love an account every time if you wait 5 days or 7 days. By the time you take peoples advice on board you have wasted the exact time you'd have to wait for the accounts to be aged.

You know, people are giving you advice, you are just not listening to them.

I though 5 days is enough. The other thing is that I have already created ~10 accounts so 3 down for experimenting is nothing to me. Peace.

Actually, if you don't want to wait, just create them in hundreds. Some of them will pass the childhood for sure ;)

Hi ,my paypal account limited ,but no 180 days ,my vcc card bought, and J can not resolved.What to do 180days limitation ,ideas???????

You may contact PP, to ask what can be done. Usually, they offer 180 to wait, so any possible customer claims can be fulfilled during this period. After that, you will be able to withdraw the money from the account.
