paypal limits

Hi guys, I've just reached my receiving limit of I think £1900 on my paypal and it asking me to verify my personal details ie doing a check via voting register and Equifax, but as this is stealth I will of course fail this. Any one beat this if so what did they do for uk paypal.

Another thing I have 134 days to sort or my account will be toast. Will this now affect my ebay or shall I open a new paypal with slightly different details for when or if this goes so my ebay account can carry on.

If you open another paypal and use the same ebay they will link the accounts.

Everyone fails, you will be requested after the failure to upload ID documents to verify who you are (stealth details). Send them what they ask for.
