Hi. I was trying to add capital one 360 savings that I have had no problem in the past with. I keep getting a message that they are unable to add bank account at this time. I tried a different browser and nothing worked. I just opened this account but it is active. Maybe I need to wait for a few days? I got an email from capone that it was opened. Thanks!!

Capital 360 is on Paypal's blacklist.
You might be able to add it by calling in or youll need to open a new bank account with a different get this done.
You might prefer to actually get a VBA from one of the sellers of the seller section to save you the time and effort before attaching your real bank account to the paypal account.

Did this just happen recently? You can't even use capital one 360 checking? I didn't have a problem adding the savings a while back. But I just opened a checking about 5 min ago and was going to try that instead of the savings. Can I withdraw money on the VBA from a seller on here? Thanks!!
PS-Sorry I just seen that I started this thread on the wrong forum.
Strange thing is, when i log into a un verified paypal account it suggests i link a bank account and it shows a capital one & capital one 360 bank as one of the main options. I have a couple very old capital one accounts i never used for PP but i guess ther're useless even with paypal accounts in my exact name.
