PayPal Limited or PayPal Closed..which is better?

Any veterans what to share their opinions?

We all know that a closed PP account takes 180 days to release the funds. But what about leaving Limited acccounts just in the limited stage ?
Sometime I know that an account will be closed soon so I don't even try and submit the documentation when it becomes limited. After more than 100 paypal accounts, you just know! And sometimes those accounts release the funds at 45 days with a "You can now withdrawal the funds but your account will remain limited."

My questions is:
Do all Limited account release the funds after 45 days or is it a case by case basis?

Case by case I am sure - I have not had accounts that get released in 45 days

Do Limited (not closed) account automatically get the funds released after 180 days?

Or is it better to try and have PayPal close them if you think they are un-savable?

Limited accounts usually allow you to withdraw funds after 180 days

No, you need to do the action : withdraw. Funds cant be released automatically.

Once PAYPAL limited, you cant close the PAYPAL account
