sequence of Paypal emails re: limitation

I got the initial email from Paypal requesting, documentation etc. I did not reply. I then received a follow-up email from them stating that I have until September 23rd to submit the requested docs. If I'm just going to wait out the 180 days do I ignore that email as well? Will Paypal then send me a 3rd email with an official 180 day hold notice??

Yes, just ignore it and they will hold the moneys for 180 days starting from the 23rd

Actually I find that it is 180 days from the initial day of limitation

Supposedly it starts from date of Last payment received

There are no guarantees any money will be forthcoming after the 180 days are up, increasingly they just keep the money.
